Q: seagate drive not mounting

i have a 1TB Seagate USB 3 drive, I also have the NTFS for Mac installed.

It's working on windows and is visible in Disk Utilities.

I try to mount it but nothing happens. When i try to do First Aid, it shows all are fine!!!!!!

I tried un/mounting other HDD.. works fine, except this one!!!!
