iphone6 has static noise during phone calls?

I have a iphone 6 and during phone calls, I can hear this static/white noise in the back ground. so I was wondering if there is a way to fix it.

iPhone 6, iOS 10.0.2

Does this happen in all places use use iPhone

Does your music have this problem ?

It could be a hardware / speaker problem .

Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down

Until you see apple logo .

If you still have a problem make an appointment at apple store
