Q: how do i add a contact to an iPhone 6S

I try to add a new contact , but after adding the details and clicking done, that new contact doesn't show up in my contacts list.

Anyone any idea what might be wrong?

    Check Settings > Contacts and be certain the "Account" is set up to be what you expect.

     

    If you continue to have issues, you might try two things:

     

    • Reset the iPhone.  Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
    • If you seek additional guidance here, please tell us what account you expect to be housing the contacts.
