Q: MacBook Air won't let me login

my laptop Ran out of battery so I charged when it turned back on it asked for me to login but I can't put my password anywhere I get a black screen and a pic of my account. everytome I click on my account it shifts back and forwards to the one I selected and the selection on choosing a different account

what do I do

please help its ta less then a year and I have hardly used it
