iCloud storage not upgraded after payment

hi,

i was running out of 5gb allotted space on my iCloud account so I decided to upgrade it to 50 gb for .99 USD/month plan. My payment info was outdated so I got an error when I tried to purchase additional storage. So I updated my payment info. As soon as the payment info was updated, I recieved confirmation SMS from my bank that USD 1 had been paid at iTunes.com/bill iTunes.com LU. My iCloud storage hasn't been upgraded to 50gb though. It's been 2 hours since I made the payment. I just checked my iCloud storage status and it says 175 mb left so it's still not upgraded. what do I do?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

As far as I know, they don't have email as a contact, but they do have phone, chat, and Twitter (@AppleSupport) -- Contact - Official Apple Support
