Q: iOS10 Mail app will not print word

when I open a word (or excel) attachment from within the mail app, the printer only produces blank pages.

I Can print a PDF attachment and print the email. So the mail app is working fine, printer working fine.

I have restored iPad, rebooted wifi router.

THe problem has appeared since upgrade to iOS10.

I can open the attachment using the word (or excel) app, then print. So this is a workaround.

However, I'd like to be able to restore the print functionality I had before!
