Please insert the disk System 7.5.3 when opening apps

Hi,

I decided to update my Macintosh LC from System 7.0 to System 7.3.5 by dragging a system folder via chooser from another computer. It worked for, like, one day, and then it randomly started to ask to insert the diskette with System 7.5.3. And I'd love to do that, but the problem is, i have no system 7 diskettes. It occurs when I'm opening chooser and few other apps, so I cannot even copy files from another computer. When I'm trying to open, for example, control panels folder from Apple menu, it asks for floppy. But when I'm entering it manually, there is no problem. I hope somebody knows what to do.

To begin with, you may want to try a PRAM reset, then to rebuild the Desktop, and finally to delete the contents of the Preferences folder. Any change?

Otherwise, could you make a Network Access Disk 7.5 floppy on another pre-1998 Macintosh computer?

It should then be possible to start the LC from the Network Access floppy and carry out a new file transfer, which ideally should consist of either individual (nineteen for the US System 7.5.3 version) segments or a copy of an already mounted "CD" image (with an installer) resulting from these segments.
