Hello Nasyem.

If I’m understanding your post right, after you upgraded to iOS 10.0.2, your iPhone 5s is not vibrating. I certainly know how convenient it is to be able to use vibrate on your phone as an alternative to traditional ringtones, so I can understand why you would reach out for help when it's not working as expected. I'm happy to help you out with this today.

Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps on your iPhone first. Open Settings > Sounds, and tap on an item you want to set vibration for. Make sure that the vibration pattern is not set to "None". If it is, select a vibration pattern and then test it out on your iPhone to see if it now vibrates. Next, restart your iPhone and then test it out again. You can find steps on how to restart here: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch .

If the issue persists, the next step would be to reset your iPhone's settings. This is not going to erase any pictures, music, text messages, or any other data on your iPhone. However, it is going to reset your Settings to default, such as Wi-Fi and VPN settings, Do Not Disturb, Apple Pay, etc. To reset your settings, go to Settings > General > Reset, and select Reset All Settings. After it's been reset, follow the aforementioned steps I gave you on how to check to make sure a vibration pattern is selected in Settings > Sounds and then test out your iPhone one more time.
