I use my phone for over a year and is updated IOS several times, but after the last update I can not activate the SIM, how I can check iphone carrier free?

Sigailov, in the U.S. It is my understanding that US carrier's track the SIM card with previous phones (non iphones) I was able to switch phones by just moving the SIM card to the new phone. These were unlocked phones. Having said that, upgrading IOS shouldn't make you reactivate the SIM card. I would recommend calling your carrier and talking with them. If you have anymore details to clarify the situation that would be helpful. Also I wouldn't recommend posting your IMEI information.
