Q: icloud sync stopped after I switched carriers
My iPhone uses my home wifi thru cable, but it seems like ever since I switched cellular carriers this past week, the photos on my phone aren't syncing to icloud.com - any ideas? Is there a way to force a sync?

Try toggling iCloud Photo Library on/off.
