Q: Windows 10 not recognizing iPhone 6s
Everything was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. I like to download pictures directly from my iPhones to my Windows 10 computer. Currently, iTunes will recognize the phone and work properly but the computer will not. In the past I have heard to distinctive sounds when I plug in the phone. Every time that I hear 2 distinctively separate sounds, everything works fine. Starting 2 weeks ago I only hear 1 sound. I have updated the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver in device manager. I have also completely uninstalled iTunes and the associated programs in the proper order using the directions on the Apple Support page and then reinstalled. I am at a loss... Can someone please help?

Try rebooting both iPhone and computer. Unlock the iPhone before connecting to USB. It should show as a camera-like device in Explorer as long as the camera roll isn't empty.
