How do you AirPlay from an app on your iPad to Apple tv

In home screen swipe up control panel click on Airplay Mirroring .

Hi. To access basic AirPlay, swipe up, then left, to access the second pane of Control Panel. It will list all the available AirPlay receivers, and you can tap to select one. Note that some apps will not allow AirPlay of videos; this is an option they can control.

In iOS 10.0.2 you do not have to swipe to the left, you just swipe up and Airplay is right on the first screen...
