2007 iMac's can only upgrade as far as OS X 10.5.2, they do not run iOS.

Your iMac is not capable of executing Sierra.

It should be able to be upgraded to Lion provided it has enough RAM.

sorry mis-read MacTracker, you imac can be upgraded to 10.11 if it meets the other requirements
