I downloaded the new update, my iPhone c now has been on updating I cloud now for 3 days, ive rest the phone, doesn't do much just starts the process again, I cant get into my phone at all, I can only receive calls.... help

Updating settings should only take a matter of moments. Have you set up Wi-Fi on the device?

Gi to settings iCloud stop backup it maybe stuck in a loop.
