Q: I want to rent a movie in my apple computer through iTunes, yet when I sign in to rent it, the only option is to buy, despite of clearly having selected rent. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you

I want to rent a movie through iTunes. However only the "buy" or cancel icon comes up, despite that the rent icon was available in the web page.

Does somebody know how to fix this problem?
