MY imac stop and i run a hw test. The msg error 4MOT/4/40000003:HDD-1385 appears. what means ? How can I solve this problem ?

The 4MOT indicates a problem with the fan motor. Time to take it to your nearest Genius Bar for an evaluation.

This could be the fan motor for the HDD or could mean a problem with the HDD's motor. If you no longer can start up the computer and receive a No Entry image at startup or flashing ? in a folder, then the HDD is shot.
