Q: Deleted iCloud photos

About two months ago, I deleted some of my photos on my local mac because it was taking too much space. I thought I accidentally deleted the iCloud photos and checked on iCloud but photos were still there. Today I log in to look at some photos and noticed that the photos were suddenly were saying that it was not able to load and had the error mark. When I reloaded the page, all of those pictures went away. Is there any possible chance that apple backed up these photo?
