iPad
Q: ipad update and then locked.
My dad updated his ipad but after it keeps asking for a password, he doesnt remember writing any password and the old ones doesnt work either. after trying several times with his passwords, it know says connect to itunes, BUT when connecting, itunes says WRITE the code thats not possible on either of them.. and the help link is broken (this page doesnt excist)
what to do..?

Try recovery mode, that should let you reset the iPad without having to enter its passcode : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
You should then be able to restore/resync the content to it
