Q: exchange sync issue in ios 10

I have IPhone 6S+ and have recently upgraded to IOS 10.0.2

My Contacts, emails and calendar entries disappear and re sync again and again after every 1 hour of so.

I am also not able to search any contacts even though its available in the contact list.

This leads to hanging of my phone and frustration to use the phone.

This kind of error was never faced in IOS 9.

Please Help !!!
