Q: I want a refund

I Have a problem in games. Soc@all-stargames.com said if i want to habe a refund go to apple then here i am there's a problem about the game i purchased something but i didn't get any of the items that i bought and my money is gone. Is there a way to refund my money? They can't fix the problem about my account. So here i am asking for some help i don't want to give them my money without getting what i want from them. Thank you
