Q: Is my iPhone on reboot loop?

Hi, this is my first time actually posting something on apple but I'm not sure what's happening with my phone. I tried several ways to fix it since everything I've searched is saying my phone is on reboot loop. Im confused.

 

So here's what happened:

I was on Messenger then it keeps on exiting itself. I tried closing the app and clicking it but it just blinks and goes back to the home page. I turned it off for a while then turned it back on then it opens up with "Hello" like its a new one, then I swiped it and it leads to passcode. I entered it and it made me enter in our home connection but I got irritated that it wont work, I know our wifi's password so i tried and i tried then i, being an impatient person. turned it off and on whenever it didn't work.

 

Now, whenever I hold the power button, it goes to the logo for a few seconds then it goes back to black. I tried turning it on but it wont work. It only goes to the apple logo. Is this the reboot loop they were talking about?

 

I tried searching and doing the hold home and power button thingy but it doesn't work. My phone isn't jailbroken, and i really don't know what to do. What do you reckon? Thank you

 

PS. I'm using iPhone 6Plus, and im not sure if its on iOS 9.3. I didn't update it ever since I got the Night Mode

    Hi

    Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down untilyou see apple logo .

    This can take 30 seconds .

    If you haven't updated yet to ios 10 go to settings - about software update

    Update over your WiFi .

    Then go to ibooks download ios 10 user guide  its free .

    Hi!

    I tried rebooting it multiple times, actually and it only keeps on going back to the black screen.

    If I bring it to the Apple Store, will there be any charges for repairing it or re-programming it?

    and is there any way I can save my photos and videos?
