Q: Problem Adding Printers

After resetting the printing system, my macbook pro doesn't recognize any printer. I'm trying to re-install a set of printers that I use for work, but they don't appear anywhere on the "add printer or scanner" window.

Does anyone know why this happens?

They only appear when they can be seen on your Network. Add them at work.

Hi Grant,

I've tried adding them at work. They do appear on the network on other computers, it's mine that doesn't recognize them for some reason.

seeing them relies on Bonjour. Bonjour uses IPv6 set to "link-local only" to interrogate your network and find resources such as Printers and Servers.
