Q: Album shows as "Purchased" in iTunes but isn't in iTunes Purchased List (or my Music app)
I recently purchased an album. I started to play it, but all of the songs were just dead air. I assumed something must have gone awry during the download process, so I removed the download, re-downloaded it, and tried again. Still nothing. I tried that process again, downloading via data instead of WiFi the third time. No dice.
Finally, I deleted the album from my Library and planned to download it again from scratch.
Except I can't figure out how. iTunes shows the album and all its tracks as "Purchased." However, when I go to the Purchased list, the artist, album, and songs are nowhere to be found.
Things I've tried:
- Tapping the words "Purchased" in iTunes (they blink but nothing happens)
- Turning off iTunes Match (nothing changes)
- Turning iTunes Match back on (again, nothing changes)
- Rebooting my phone with iTunes Match on (no change) and with iTunes Match off (still nothing)
I'm not sure what else I can try.

If it's not showing in Purchased for redownloading you've possibly hidden it from the cloud : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support
