Oct 17, 2016 8:23 AM in response to Loganspalby Diana.McCall,Hi. Have you restarted the iPad since updating? Try
1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
Second, check for an update of the app.

Oct 17, 2016 1:56 PM in response to Diana.McCallby Loganspal,Thanks for reply. I did try restarting the iPad but it was the same. Im not sure what you mean abot the app. I have only watched you tube by going to the web site and selecting videos to watch. Would you recommend the app as opposed to just using the web site?

Oct 17, 2016 1:58 PM in response to Loganspalby ChrisJ4203,It is very possible that the video you are trying to watch is a flash video, and the iPhone does not support flash content. That is why the YouTube app is the best choice when trying to play content on an iOS device. The app is free in the App Store.
