I see that after updating to iOS 10, your Zumo 660 is no longer working via bluetooth. You can make calls, but as soon as you receive a call it is cut off in three seconds. I can definitely understand wanting to be able to receive calls with no issues. Let's see how I can help.
First, I suggest taking a look at this article that has some standard troubleshooting steps for bluetooth devices that connect to your iPhone: Get help connecting a Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
And if you still have an issue after that, I would contact the manufacturer of the Zumo 660 device to see if there are any available software updates. This device appears to be manufactured by Garmin. You can contact Garmin Customer Support here: Contact Garmin Customer Support
