Oct 19, 2016 3:01 PM in response to ruthfromhernandoby charliefrombakersfield,from the link above we have figured out it's 99.9% an ATT issue. ATT admit to it and have no fix yet. its not just emoji and text length, punctuation like apostrophes can cause it.

Good luck getting in touch with them....
