Q: How do I get wifi to use a particular wifi network?

I choose a particular network for my wifi session, but after the computer sleeps, it will revert to a prior one. How do I get one particular network to be the prime one?

OBS Time Capsule 802.11n (1st Gen), OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
