iPhone 7 w/ iOS 10 dropping LTE, Wifi

My iPhone 7 will basically not stay connected to anything. I'm on Verizon and I can be looking at a tower and only after toggling airplane mode will the phone connect via LTE.

Even worse, I cannot sign into my home wifi network unless I go through a series of unnecessary steps. I have a hidden SSID, so I must tap the "Other" selection in Wifi settings. When prompted, I enter the SSID and password (which fails no matter how many times I enter them). Only then will the network appear in the list of known networks. If I now tap my network in the list, I'm presented a slight different login prompt and then the phone will connect. The exact same behavior happens with my girlfriends phone so it's not an issue with my device.

The worst part is after going through all those hoops, the phone will drop the wifi connection after sleeping and this stupid dance starts all over again. I've restarted the phone, reset the network settings. The wifi issue did start until 10.01 and 10.02.

Hands down worst network performance of any iPhone I have ever owned. Anyone come up with a solution?
