I have a mail account on my iPad from Senior Discounts and I cannot remove it. Any suggestions?

If you mean an email account in the Mail app you should be able to remove it by selecting the account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tapping 'Delete Account'
won't let me remove by doing that. There is a message "These settings are installed by the profile "Senior Discounts". I once downloaded that app but have since removed it. I did not set up a mail account from this app.
Do you have a Settings > General > Profile e.g. something like
If you do try going into it and see if you can delete it.
