Brand new iPhone 7 just arrived in the mail this morning, and upon turning it on, it crashes after one or two seconds (screen looks like frozen static), and then reboots again. It's stuck in an infinite loop. Anyone else seeing this issue?
Since it is brand new, just call Apple and arrange for a replacement. Purchases from Apple have a 14 day unconditional return period.

In the meantime, I'm trying to understand what kind of issue this is, to help myself troubleshoot this with Apple staff, particularly if this is caused by a hardware issue. It seems to happen even with a clean restore of iOS and no data on it – mostly trying to see if anyone has seen a crash looking specifically like this:
