Q: app store not working

hi

the app store on my AppleTv has stopped working.

i can see the home screen.....but when i click ....as if to view/buy...they won't open.

Also,apart from "featured apps"window.......the others won't load......ie....Top Charts,categories,purchased,search.

did a reset and lost all my loaded apps.....and can't reinstate them.

any help appreciated

Which Apple TV do you have, your profile says the Apple TV 2.

I could not open the app store for several times before, I disconnected from Wi-fi and re-connected by re-joining the Wi-fi and re-entering the wifi password, this worked for me, you may have a try.

Thanks Connie

By chance I had to disconnect the TV for a day for some work to be done in house.
Just as you said, plugged it back in and all was well.
