More than likely this is a phishing attempt to get your information. Log into your iTunes account and check purchases. Also, you can log into your payment method for your iTunes account and see if you see a corresponding charge there. I doubt it.

If it does show up in your iTunes account and you did not make the purchase/subscription, then you can contact the iTunes support team at https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
