Q: ssl vpn

Like several others I am having a problem since upgrading to IOS 10.

Scenario:

1. Using IOS as a hotspot can no longer connect to VPN using PPTP (understandable)

2. Looking for an alternative - configured laptop with SonicWALL Netextender (SSL-VPN)

3. I can connect to SSL-VPN using other hotspots (android)

4. Cannot connect to SSL-VPN using IOS 10

SEVERAL people are reporting this problem. What can be done to resolve this?
