Hi,

Version 10.11 El Capitan is no longer availblee from the App Store.

See if your Mac can run macOS Sierra > macOS - How to Upgrade - Apple

Click here for it; it’s available from the Mac App Store for people running Snow Leopard, as well as people who can use it but not Sierra.
