I understand you've changed your Apple ID, but you're getting prompted to enter the password for the old Apple ID on your iPhone. To help resolve this issue I suggest that you try to first sign out of all iterations of the previous Apple ID by following the steps in the link below.
What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password
If the issue persists, then you may need to temporarily change your Apple ID back to what it was, as directed in this link:
If iCloud asks you for the password to your previous Apple ID
