Q: Adobe collection unexpectedly quit

Hi Guys,

I need your help. This Morning as ussually I open my Mac, and open my illustrator, photoshop, etc. But suddenly it quit. it just says : "adobe illustrator has quit unexpeditely, click reopen, to open the apps again...". I already restart and reopen but always face the same problem. even with the other adobe product like photoshop, indesign,etc. And the weird thing is I can't install/uninstall the master collection. it says "your installation encountered error. this could be due to a missing file.." For just information I already run this adobe product since 1 year with os el capitan and never had problem with it.
