Mac OS Yosemite LDAP v3 authentication with Openldap

I have been having problems authenticating with Openldap, not sure which phase it failed to login.

For OpenLDAP, I am using OpenLDAP with Windows, with the default schema, ou= Users, dc= maxcrc, dc=com , (in the schema exists a user , cn=user1, with plaintext password.

MacOS Yosemite

Requirements:

1. User key in openldap username and openldap password

2, Mac creates the home directory if user does not exist.

So far, I have even enabled opendirectory debug logging but I am still unable to know where the problem lies.

MacBook, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
