Q: Limit Bandwidth of specific application on osx el capitan

Hi, i'm looking for an application (free or low price) to limit bandwidth of specific application. Network Limiter Conditioner isn't useful becouse we can't limit specific application.

I find several application that can do this but they are not compatible with el capitan.

Can someone help me?
