Q: iphone 5s

Hlw buddy,

I bought a iPhone 5s in last july from JBHIFI store aus.But it suddenly stop in last month.I wanted to start my phn but it can't turn on.Also it isn't charging.What can I do for in this circumstances?

Please give me a fruitful suggesition.Thanks for seeing my post.

Hi,

Since it's obviously a hardware issue, you should book a genius appointment at your closest Apple Store so they can repair it.
