adobe illustrator crash in el capitan

Hi Guys, I write this again, because I still dont get any help.

I need your help. This Morning as usually I open my Mac, and open my illustrator, photoshop, etc. But suddenly it quit. it just says : "adobe illustrator has quit unexpeditely, click reopen, to open the apps again...". I already restart and reopen but always face the same problem. even with the other adobe product like photoshop, indesign, etc. And the weird thing is I can't install/uninstall the master collection. it says "your installation encountered error. this could be due to a missing file.." For just information I already run this adobe product since 1 year with os el capitan and never had problem with it.

Thanks a lot

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

I lost illustrator, indesign, photoshop and autocad. I wonder if it has anything to do with the core telephony trace file error that is going around.

I uninstalled them all and now I can't even reinstall them.

So I will continue to search the forums for a solution...

I am an extremely dissatisfied customer with apple right now - might as well go back to Microsoft.

I have same issue. Started after Apple tech was sharing my desktop and had me do stuff for another problem. It has to be something he did because the telephony trace error started on my first restart after his testing. They blame it on Photoshop since it will not open now. I think that is BS..... I also cannot uninstall Photoshop to reinstall......

Please let me know if someone finds what is wrong.

THX,

Wally

Davepros,

Did you notice in an icon installer "mac os Sierra" in your launch pad, just the same day that error happen?

Because mine was like that. I just wondering that error because that.

Any way, this morning I also found parallel desktop was error too, but adobe bridge and adobe media encoder still working. it is weird isn't it?..
