You may find it helpful to follow the steps described in the following thread, including:
- Having the firmware updated on your Streamer Pro.
- Removing the device from your iPhone Bluetooth devices list.
- Clearing pairing information from your Streamer Pro.
- Re-pairing your Streamer Pro to your iPhone.

There are no firmware updates available as running on the latest software for the streamer. It is the constant updates from apple that have caused the issue, although I am told that the application has not changed on the iPhone.
All of your other suggestions I have done, I have only an streamer connected via bluetooth and have disconnected, repaired on several occasions over the last week. The iPhone at least stays connected to the streamer, but I miss calls as the phone doesn't tell the streamer that I am being called, and the then mid way through a conversation it either disconnects or the person the other end can hear me but I can't hear them.
It is all very disconcerting and used to work perfectly, and as a deaf man I rely on this as my method of communication.

You may find the following article helpful in explaining why such issues can arise; it discusses Oticon Streamer Pro in some detail.
The article also explains why Apple and others implement changes to Bluetooth protocols over time and how third-party vendors should issue firmware and/or software updates, as required, in order to maintain product functionality:
Should you require assistance, contact details for Oticon are available here:

If you would also like to send feedback to Apple, you can do so here:

I di what you suggested and had a 30 minute conversation which was impossible before so this seems to have for the time being solved the issue. We will see when someone calls me wether the streamer connects and can answer the call from there. But does seem more stable and clear.
Thank you.
