Q: Workout after the IOS3.0 update
Hello all,
Before the update while using the workout function, I could swipe up and had other options like to change my music in "Now Playing". After the 3.0 update while working out, I only have one option to stop the workout. What happened to "now playing?" While running it was super convenient to swipe up and select > for the next song, Am i missing something?

Now Playing has moved to the Dock, which is accessed by pressing the Side button once:

Glances is no longer included as part of watchOS 3.
