Greetings VernyH,

I see that the Mail app on your iPhone 6s is creating thousands of Inbox folders, and you are unable to delete them. I can imagine that you are wondering where these folders are coming from. This definitely sounds like something that shouldn't be happening.

I would suggest trying to log into the iCloud website and selecting Mail, and see if you are able to identify the folders and delete them here. You can sign into iCloud using this link: Sign in to iCloud

Please let us know the results and we'll continue to help with this.

All the best.

I have checked on the e-mail server of my other internet provider account and found these folders there I have spent a couple of hours deleting the folders on their on-line e-mail message page . I have also logged a call to try and understand what is creating these folders and hopefully will get some answers from them. Many thanks for assistance much appreciated. There were over 600 folders of this type.
