Please help! MacBook Pro (purchased in 2015) was locked by find my iPhone and set with a 4 digit passcode. I entered the wrong digits too many times and now the screen is stuck on "wrong passcode try again" my girlfriend was the one who locked it. Once I seen the lock I changed my Apple ID email and password, a day or two later she told me what the 4 digit password was but now Im stuck on this screen with no where to enter it. i have tried resettinf the PVRAM by holding the option command p & r keys, I also have booted into online recovery mode but once it finishes it still tells me wrong passcode try again. I have spent hours on the phone with Apple support and back and forth to Apple stores only to find out that the "Genius Bar" can not remove the firmware lock (activated through findmyihpne iPhone ) because the MacBook is still linked to my Apple account, i have tried removing it several times but I always get the message "this device will appear once it is turned on and connected to internet" PLEASE HELP! as you can see I would really appreciate any input or ideas you guys have. I dDO NOT want to loose the pictures and files o have on my computer.
