I called apple, they try to restore the phone, update, etc and are asking me to return the phone for a software issue that can't be solved and I must get a new phone.

I also experience pairing fail on my bluetooth since I got the new phone, for few days worked perfectly and few days had to delete and pair over and over.
Just want to put the word out there if other people start to have the same issues.

Check your other app folders and home screen.

Double check restrictions.

setting - general - reset - reset home screen.

Check the app store may need to redownload it.

Where did you purchase this phone and where are you located?

Where are you located? FaceTime is restricted in certain areas. Also, if you go to Settings>General>About>Model, can you provide that number here. It may be that your phone came from an area where that is restricted.

Otherwise, besides the restore you mentioned, go to Settings>General>Restrictions, as razmee209 said, check there to see if you have them restricted.
