Contact the developer's for those two apps and ask them why they do not create a Mac version.

For many functions Apple replies on third developer's for apps that add features that some users want.

At this writing, there are 181 Applications in The Mac App store that match the word 'clipboard' and about a hundred that match 'clipboard manager'. I am sure you can find something you like for not much money.

What features do want out of Total Commander that you are not seeing in Finder?

One could equally argue - 'Why does Microsoft not provide comparable apps to Total Commander and Clipmate' because Microsoft do not either.

As mentioned in other replies there are plenty of third-party clipboard utilities for the Mac just like there are for Windows.

If the feature you want from Total Commander is two-windows open at once, and the ability to drag between them, Finder already does that. But you have to manually open the second (and subsequent) window(s) and place them where you want them. Using the Icons along the top of each Window, you can display items in each window by Icon, by List, by multi-pane view (like Windows) or by CoverFlow view. Each view can also be sorted ascending or descending. Options exist for showing many more attributes as well, if you look in Finder Preferences and on Finder menus.

If you want assistance, just ask.
