Q: iOS10 Calendar Not Syncing with iCloud or Google

Hi,

My calendar on my iPhone 6 running iOS10 is not syncing with my Google Calendar or my iCloud. I have taken many troubleshooting steps already and am really confused. It's definitely the phone and not google or icloud.

When I go to "Calendars" and swipe down to refresh it, my iCloud or Google Calendars do not show up as options. I've tried removing iCloud AND Google Calendar from Calendar and re-adding them and they don't work. Software wise, everything is up to date. I have toggled the Calendar options for gCal and iCloud on and off. I have even tried reinstalling my Calendar app completely and its still not working. I can see all the changes I make to iCal on my macbook on my google calendar but when I check Calendar in my iPhone it doesn't work. I have changed the Push or Fetch settings to many different options and nothing was working either. Tried on both WiFi and Data. I would prefer a solution not listed in the general article (Get help using iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders - Apple Support) because I have tried all of those. Attached are some screenshots.
