How can I rename albums that are showing up as 'unknown album/artist?

Show your iTunes Music library using Albums view, to show your music library as album "tiles." Right-click on the album with this problem, and Get Info. In the Info window Details tab, enter Artist name and Album name as desired. Click OK. All songs on this album are updated with this information. (Repeat as needed.)
