Q: I sent in a repair request, but when i told them my problem was with my battery and random complete shutdowns, they sent it back to me saying the problem was "will not power off"

i told them my problem was with my battery and random complete shut downs, when they sent it back to me it has my problem listed as "will not power off". Im just wondering If maybe this is the closest subject the could get? Or if somebody has experienced this Before. Thanks a bunch
