Q: Printers no longer available
Since I upgraded to Sierra I can't connect to my Epson Stylus Photo 2200 (via USB) or my Epson WP-4020. The 2200 shows up on the Epson nozzle check app but Lightroom does not communicate with it. The printer worked well before I upgraded to Sierra.
The WP-4020 is also connected via a Mac Mini that (fortunately) has not been upgraded so I can print via the mini but not directly from my Sierra-equipped Macs -- even by an ethernet connection. the only reasonable explanation is that the print drivers for these two are faulty, possibly because they are old (in computer years) printers.
I really don't want to buy new printers because of problems in Sierra print drivers.
MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12)
